    How long will my Tropique Chocolates stay fresh?

    We recommend that you consume your chocolates within the first three weeks after delivery to guarantee optimal taste. Your chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place (for example, an air-conditioned room is perfect) where the temperature is between 18°-20°C.

    We do not recommend storing the chocolates in the refrigerator as this can spoil their delicate flavor or alter the creamy texture of their fillings. However if you must, wrap your box in cling film before placing it in the refrigerator.

    When you’re ready to enjoy your chocolates, take out the box and wait 24 hours before removing the plastic wrap, to allow the chocolates to regain room temperature gradually. The best before date of your chocolates is printed below the assortment.

    Why is Tropique chocolate pricey?

    We use the finest ingredients of natural origin in all our chocolates. All our ingredients are sourced from around the world and imported into Brunei. In addition, we do not use any artificial preservatives or additives in our chocolates. Our products require a great deal of care and attention, which is costly.

    Is Tropique Halal Certified?

    Our chocolates are made with 100% pure, natural ingredients. We are currently in the process of applying halal cert.

    Do you offer tours of your factory?

    As a small artisan manufacturer, we do not offer tours of our factory at this time. Our factory are active work facilities, and we do not have space or credentials to host tours.

    I have a nut allergy. Does your chocolates contain nuts?

    The environment in which our chocolates are made may leave traces of nuts in all of our products. Therefore, we would not recommend any of our recipes for a recipient with nut allergies.

    Are your chocolates gluten free?

    Our Trufflina Collection, Oaties and caramel spread is gluten free.

    I have diabetes, are your chocolates suitable for me?

    Our Dark chocolate has less than 15% sugar. However, we do not make anything that is sugar-free at the current moment.

    Are your chocolates suitable for vegetarians?

    Our hand crafted chocolates are made from 100% pure natural ingredients. No preservatives, no alcohol and no animal fat other than butter and cocoa butter. We therefore consider our chocolates suitable for vegetarians.

    Can I order online?

    We currently do not offer online ordering. We recommend you to drop by our boutique and place your orders in-store.

    Do you do deliveries for Tropique chocolates?

    We currently do not offer deliveries for our chocolates.

    Do you do deliveries for Tropique Lounge menu?

    No, we currently do offer deliveries for our café menu.

    Do you ship overseas?

    Not at this time.

    What is Tropique’s return policy?

    At Tropique we stand behind everything we make and guarantee that our chocolates and confections leave our facility in the best condition. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds. If you are unsatisfied with our products you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to make your experience with Tropique a pleasant one.

    Do you offer discounted pricing for corporate?

    Yes we do. Pricing is based on the quantity of boxes that you order per order. Please email inquiry@tropiquechocolatier.com for a pricing guide so that you can maximize your budget.

    Can I buy bulk dragées for events and weddings?

    Yes, we sell our dragées in bulk.

    How long does it take to make custom chocolates? What is the turnaround time when I place an order?

    We aim to fulfill you orders as quickly as possible, we never compromise on quality. The time it takes to deliver an order depends on the volume and complexity of the project, approximately between 4-6 months.

    Is there a minimum order quantity for custom chocolates?

    Because custom chocolates are made especially for you brand, the minimum order is 100 boxes.

    Job Scope:

    -Data Entry

    -Handling invoices and purchase orders

    -Attend to emails and inquiries (website, Customer Care handphone, IG)

    -Maintain proper document filing and documentation

    -Prepare vendor payment and statement of accounts

    -Drafting letters in English and Malay

    -Follow up payments with clients

    -Coordinating with government departments

    -Any other administrative tasks assigned by the management
