Dragées
In-house panning is a speciality of Tropique in which we take nuts, sablé, caramel and double coat them in fine Belgian chocolate. Our Dragées are artisanally crafted in small batches, polishing made only with natural methods. Each bite in this collection is a harmony of nuanced flavours.
Chocolate truffles
Our exquisite truffles are hand crafted using only the finest and natural ingredients in our atelier. Butter is folded into warm caramel to form a rich buttery caramel and the truffles are then coated in fine chocolate. Incredibly smooth and velvety, a truly indulgent caramel explosion.
Praliné
Praliné is the result of a complex process: our nuts are roasted in-house, before water and sugar are added. A kind of nougatine is created; it's then crushed and mixed to achieve a smooth, liquid texture. Each and every Praliné unveils the essence of pure indulgence.
Decadent Treats
These finely crafted sweet treats bring together the unique flavours of milk and dark chocolate with smooth praline, fresh tart fruit, creating delicious combinations to stimulate your senses. Enjoy them with coffee or tea, they're the perfect ending to every meal.
